I had the full ANA panels run a year ago, and a year before that. All have been negative.

What's the reason you had this testing done, what symptoms were you having?

Ask Your Own Medical Question
Customer reply replied 7 months ago
I was being treated for MS and moved out of state and looking for a new neurologist. He thinks there could be more going on than MS and Fibromyalgia. My symptoms are: headaches, left side weakness, occasional numbness and tingling, neuropathy, loss of balance, occasional nausea, leg, back and neck pain, cognitive difficulties.
Customer reply replied 7 months ago
Also muscle pain in my body. My left leg has weakness, spasms, stiffness, jerking/twitching.
Doctor: Dr. Mo, Board Certified MD replied 7 months ago

You have an ever slight hypogammaglobulinemia which may be something you've had all your life and could be otherwise completely benign. The rest of your tests appear otherwise normal. There is a graph that you don't have included that the lab creates for the physician and that's necessary to fully interpret these results but nothing is jumping out at me based on what you have.

Are any of these results expected of someone with MS? I’ve never had any of these particular tests be anything but normal, so I am concerns.
Doctor: Dr. Mo, Board Certified MD replied 7 months ago

It could be a process that develops after being on MS medication for a few decades but not directly related to MS.
