Hi,
Welcome to JA and thanks for this question. Im sorry to hear about your diagnosis. The minimum starting dose for sildenafil in pulmonary hypertension is 5 mg thrice daily which can be over time increased upto 20 mg thrice daily.

The dose can be adjusted according to each individual patient's requirement. Some physicians can also start the sildenafil at 5 mg once daily or twice daily. The above stated dose is a general recommendation.
