Dear,

Thanks for staying Online.

The normal range for blood pressure is-
Systolic should be Less than 120 and Diastolic Less than 80.

Systolic blood pressure (called as the upper number) — this would indicate how much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls when the heart beats.
Diastolic blood pressure (also called the lower number) — this would indicate how much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls while the heart is resting between beats.

Blood pressure categories are-
Prehypertension- Systolic between120–139 and Diastolic between 80–89.

High blood pressure consists of 2 stages-
Stage 1- Systolic between 140–159 and Diastolic between 90–99
Stage- 2- 160 or higher and Diastolic 100 or higher.

Rosuvastatin is used to lower cholesterol and other harmful types of cholesterol in the body.

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Candesartan is used to treat high blood pressure.

You have been given right medications to control high blood pressure levels. You should continue with it.

Please continue with prescription pills, as advised by your doctor.

Hope this helped

Thank you to the Physician who answered my question today. The answer was far more informative than what I got from the Physicians I saw in person for my problem.

You have been more help than you know. I seriously don't know what my sisters situation would be today if you had not gone above and beyond just answering my questions.
