I have a few more questions to ask, is that ok?
Do you still have the blurry vision and bright lights now or was it just yesterday?Have you had an eye exam by an ophthalmologist in the past year?
So I would recommend getting in to see an eye specialist. The blurriness and dimming (like looking at a bright light) could be due to several issues. The eye specialist would be able to rule out a partially detached retina which would be the more concerning.
Does that make sense?
I think that would be the best course of action.
I would like to thank you for your question and I hope you found my answer informative and helpful.
