A patient took (1) tab Lisinopril 10 mg at 9 am and (1) tab Lisinopril 10 mg mis-dose at 9 am. As well as (1) 25 mg tab Metroprolol Tartrate at 9 am. Her BP was 105/68; HR: 76 pre 9 am meds. 98/60, HR: 72,

At 11:32 am-98% oxygen. 12 noon: 98/60; HR:72, 99% Oxygen at 2 liters continuous oxygen. Taking again at 1 pm after pushing fluids, food, salt water. Allergic to: ***** ***** Quetiapine. Daily Meds: Klonopin 2 mg at bedtime, Fentanyl Patch 12 mag, Isosorbide Mononitrate 30 mg daily, Prednisone 10 mg 3 tabs daily, ramping down, Aspirin 81 mg, Bumex 1 mg daily, Depakite 500 mg at bedtime, Lexapro 20 mg daily, Famotidine 20 mg 2 x daily, Iprratropium/Albuterol Sulfate 3 ml Nebulizer 4 x day, Levomefolate 15 mg daily, Synthroid 125 mag daily, Metroprolol Tartrate 25 mg 2 x day if 6pm HR is 80-90, Potassium Chloride 10 mEq daily, Lyric 50 mg cap daily, Xarelto 20 mg x evening.

I had the: whether I should hold Lisinopril 10 mg prn question answered by PCP On Call MD. What do you think about the Cardiac orders?
