Hi, thank you for your time providing this service.Can I get fat stuffing my gut with cellery, tomatoes, pickles, peppers, and 7 oz. Of lean beef every day?When I say stuffing my gut, I mean eating vegatables until I cant eat anymore.Background. Two years ago I topped the scale at 210. I am 5'10" male. I was appalled and decided to lose weight. After a year of a rigorous diet 1000 cal per day, I lost 35 lbs I am 175lbs and maintained for a year so far with a diet of less than 1700 cal per day.If I relent ( 2500 cal even for one day), I gain upto two lbs in one day which takes a week to lose at 1000cal/dayWhat the f-ck?So, I eat vegetables listed above until my stomach cant eat anymore ( feel stuffed) to prevent eating too much meat or anything else.Is there a better way?

No I haven't. Two pounds doesnt happen often, but its not just water i drank that day because the next day its still and the next day and the next while I urinate the same volume

Well first off you need your thyroid function checked since if you don't continue to lose weight on 1700 calories a day and can even gain that much weight from one day's food intake it definitely sounds like a low thyroid problem

In general a nutrient dense diet of fresh green and leafy veggies and fruits, nuts, coconut milk and no more than three serving per week of lean meats, fish and poultry will allow a steady weight loss
