Customer Question

I have a friend visiting here from Columbia. She speaks only some English. She is in her early 60's and has developed an allergy type condition with mild skin rash on palmar areas and over parts of body, including mild to severe itching preventing sleep She has been taking metformin for slightly elevated blood sugar (around 5-6) and has currently ceased this. Her g.p. put her on cortisone , but this seems to have little effect. She also takes Telfast which seems to also have little or no effect She has no history of similar conditions and I have suggested allergy testing be done as no obvious cause is apparent. Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Regards Graham 0458 164 044

JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
