Hi, I've had my gall bladder removed 2003. Had previous endoscopy and colonoscopy done once. Recently i have pain under left & right rib after eating and have been passing yellow stools not floating though.. Amylase & Alkaline Phosphatase test result came back normal. Wondering if you can advise cause for yellow stools?

Doctor's Assistant: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?

A few days already Dr gave me probiotic pill and sent me for amylase & APT blood test

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

He knows I had Hepatitis A before & had gallbladde taken out

Not yet. I will suggest to my Dr. You don't think it's pancreas or liver irregularity?
Customer reply replied 11 months ago
Oh you mean diet not test? Anyways could yellow stool be due to my high fibre intake?
