My five year old daughter fell and hit the footboard on the bed. She's got a chunk of her top gum above her front right front tooth missing. The teeth don't appear to be loose but I can see a little bit of her tooth through the gum.
JA: Have you noticed any swelling in the gums? When was your last visit to the dentist?
Customer: no swelling yet. she was at the dentist about a month ago
JA: Anything else in the child's medical history you think the doctor should know?
