Hello, this is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

if the amoxicillin didn't help, chances are that augmentin most likely will not help

I am sorry you are having bad sinus infection symptoms

you should try some over the counter allergy pills like allegra 180mg or Claritin or Zyrtec during the day

and steroid nasal spray like Nasocort or Rhinocort as well

you can try 25-50mg of benadryl at night time

have you tried these before?

I don't have that much of the sinusitis symptoms, Amoxicillin actually helped me to recover from acute stage but I still have terrible fatigue and scratchy throat. And yes I have lock of sleep I need to work a lot. So I need a treatment that can get me fully recovered considering I don't have a time to take a rest.

you most likely have a bad viral infection.

antibiotics don't help with viral infections.

it is hard to get better when you are not getting enough rest if you have a viral or bacterial infection.
