I would like to ask a few more questions:

  1. Has he traveled outside the US recently?
  2. Is he having any stomach pain or stomach cramping?
  3. Is he having any diarrhea, loose stools or blood in his stools?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No has not traveled outside us. No cramping. No blood or diarrhea. Found a worm in stool, brown look like a small meal worm. No other symptoms

Ok, thank for those answers.
Would recommend that he see his regular physician so they can test and see what type of worm/parasite and that will help direct treatment. Its not emergent or urgent, but he should have follow up since long-term infections may cause diarrhea, weight loss and some times anemia due to blood loss. Treatment is usually with medications that are very effective.
