Is ramipril better then valsartan for heart failure?

Doctor's Assistant: Do you know if your family has a history of heart disease? In general, how would you describe your health lately?

My mother had a history and I have a slight degree of failure

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

By-pass surgery twice. Have an ICD for venrtricular fibrillation and now have atrial fibrillation.
