My last blood test results show" 75 for Leukocyte Esterase.

Customer Question

My last blood test results show "HI" 75 for Leukocyte Esterase. My Doctor has not contacted me, does this mean there is nothing to be concerned about?
JA: In general, how has your health been lately?
Customer: I sweat a lot which I put down to menopause but I am beginning to wonder if there is another cause. I'm tired, cannot seem to lose weight.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I take high blood pressure medication and very small dose of paxil for depression.

leukocyte esterase is tested for in the urine

high percent and absolute lymphocytes in your WBC white blood cell counts is usually not a problem

as long as your total WBC counts are normal, that is fine.
