Customer Question
I am on oxygen...

I am on oxygen 24/7. I have severe COPD. What is the best inhaler to use?

Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?

Yes, I see a pulmonologist and am on Symbicort and Spirit Respimat and have Pro Air as a rescue inhaler.

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I recently went off 30mg once daily of Amitriptilene. I takepropananol and primidone for tremors. I am on lithium for manic depression

Doctor's Assistant: How long have you been feeling this way? Have you reached out to anyone about this yet?

Feeling what way? I just want to know what is the best inhaler for my COPD and oxygen.

Thank you to the Physician who answered my question today. The answer was far more informative than what I got from the Physicians I saw in person for my problem.

You have been more help than you know. I seriously don't know what my sisters situation would be today if you had not gone above and beyond just answering my questions.
