I am sorry you are having this foul odor
in the summer time, vaginal fungal infections are very common in warm moist dark areas.
best thing is to see a gyn doctor and get a gyn exam and vaginal culture to check for infection.
vaginal fungal infections are treated with antifungal agents
bacterial vaginosis can cause bad odor as well and is treated with metronidazole.
you can try over the counter antifungal treatments like GynLotramin or Mycelex or Monistat.
at age 63, you can also have vaginal atrophy and vaginal dryness from loss of estrogen in your system. this can sometimes cause some discomfort and odor. vaginal estrogen creams which are prescription can often help with this
