Dear customer

Thank you for being online

Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the thick connective tissue on the sole of your foot that attaches to your heel.

Treatment of Plantar fascitis includes:

· Anti-inflammatory medications,heel stretching exercises,heel inserts.

· Take a few day off from prolonged standing to try to rest the painful foot or try to sit maximum whenever possible.

· Night splints can be worn to keep the heel stretched out when you sleep. They prevent the arch of the foot from becoming contracted at night, and is hopefully not as painful in the morning.

· Take tab. Ibuprofen 400mg from the counter. It is available as OTC(over the counter) without prescription & will help you greatly.

If still after this, the symptoms persists.then you need to make an appointment with your doctor for examination & X-ray and then prescription oral medications will then be required accordingly.Usually & most likely, the symptoms gets subside with these treatments.

Thank you.

Hope this helped
