How do I know if my spleen is enlarged?
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: I have not seen a doctor yet. I take aspirin, and tylenol and vicodin, PRN. I have metastatic sarcoma - but recent MRI scans do not suggest anything on the spleen.
JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: Daily meds: Aspirin, Tylenol, Sudafed, Ambien

MRI would have shown an enlarged spleen.

If it is normal on MRI it is not enlarged
