my right foot on the side is like feeing like its burning, what could that be
JA: How long have you been dealing with the burning? Are you experiencing any other discomfort?
Customer: about a month I get tingly also. Im 64 and concerned what kind of dr should i go to
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: no. just had blood work done. in good health

Burning sensation in the foot is due to the local nerve problem.
Excessive walking, or standing can cause pressure on the nerves supplying the foot.
Also ill fitted footwear can be a problem.
Lower spine problem like arthritis or herniated disc can cause foot problem as well.
Other possibilities include vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes, thyroid disorder.
A neurologist should be consulted with.
