JA: What are all the symptoms you're experiencing (e.g. loss of appetite, fever, rash)?
Customer: none, just want to get off all meds, I've went on a keogetic diet and feel great and would like to get off of all meds, I have been diagnosed with afib and after alll of my studying and after taking these meds for the last 3 yrs would like to get off of them
JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: no allergies, am taking as I mentioned: zarelto, digoxin, diltiazem
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

51 yr old Male
5' 10" 275 lbs
blood pressure checked daily, 140/75 is the average
Digoxin .25 Mg tablet daily
Diltiazem CD 24 hour 240 Mg Cap.er.24h (Diltiazem) every 12 hours
Xarelto 20 Mg Tablet (Rivaroxaban) orally daily
following a Ketogenic Diet (no sugar, low carb, no fried food, no processed food, no gluten)
diet consists of raw food, vegetables, doing intermittent fasting, while taking vitamins and supplements that
consist of the essential minerals and vitamins. Also taking EFA's, a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar before meals.
(I've followed this regimen the last 3 months and went from 315 lbs to 275 as of today)
I go to a chiropractor weekly as preventive maintenance to stay in alignment.
Also, get a deep tissue massage every other week.
Am starting a weight training/walking program this week.Want to get off the meds as I'm losing the weight.
