Customer Question

I have a yellow rash on my head and a migraine. Can I send you a photo and have you take a look?
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: I have headaches almost daily. The rash is a new symptom that is probably unrelated?
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Not really. I just get migraines with aura and take clomipheme for low t.

The rash on your head is seborrheic dermatitis. It is a form of a cradle cap and is caused by a fungus.

The rash is not related to the headaches however any inflammation in the skin caused by the above mentioned dermatitis can trigger the headache. / migraine .

My suggestion is to treat the rash with topical application of T gel shampoo during bath followed by application of a Canestan cream on the area.

Please do let me know if you have any further queries.
