Hello i have a medical question
JA: What are all the symptoms you're experiencing (e.g. loss of appetite, fever, rash)?
Customer: pain at the liver area, itch, loss of appetite, fever that goes up to 38.2 when i have pain attack and sweat really much
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: 2 month i haven't found anything the makes him better but lying down makes it worse
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: i have psoriasis and 17 march 2017 i had my gallbladder removed it was really swollen and i had gallstones. 2 weeks later i had appendicitis

Really sorry to hear about that. Fever with pain right upper abdomen can point towards a hepatic abscess. Elevated GGT levels are seen usually due to effects of alcohol on your liver. You need an ultrasound or a CT scan of your abdomen to find out the exact cause . What about other liver enzymes i.e ALT, Bilirubin and ALP ?
