Welcome to Justanswer.com.

I am an Emergency physician with over 25 years multi-disciplinary experience.

I am going to be your expert in this question

Please, I am a Pediatric Emergency Physician, my advise is jut to give him some motrin for pain, and get him to a medical provider OR the ER, so that they can examine the ears. He may have ruptured his tympanic membrane (ear drum) and it leaves his middle ear vulnerable for infection.

So this is NOT something to treat at home

I am not trying to be paranoid or alarmist. I owe you the obligation of the best advise to give the BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.
