There are difference between the labs slightly. Also US and Australian lab ranges and measurements are different.

ok, so bili total range is 4-20 mol/L with my results being 39. Total protein range in g/L being 68-85 with my result being 63, Globulin range in g/L being 23-39 with my results at 22 and Iron level range in umol/L being 5 - 30.0 with my result being 42.1

oh and iron studies saturation range at 10-45 % but my result at 88%

Your total bilirubin is high. This denotes jaundice. This is likely due to some liver disease. Liver disease has affected your total proteins, globulin (which too is a protein), iron and iron saturation. These are affected secondary to liver disease as it is the biggest metabolic organ in the body.

You may need a CT scan or MRI of abodmen with hepatitis profile for further evaluation.
