Sharp pain down the tummy may be likely due to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) / Acid reflux or gastritis (stomach inflammation). Numbness down the right arm is likely due to;

1) Pinched nerves in neck.

2) Deficiency of B 12.

3) Diabetes (if you have family history).

For acid reflux following may help you;

1) antacids; Maalox

2) acid blocker; Prilosec

3) loosing weight, if overweight.

4) avoiding alcohol, citrus fruits and juices, chocolate, and tomato based products

5) avoiding large meals. Eat 5 small meals in a day.

6) wait three hours after the meal before you sleep.

7) elevate head end of the bed by 8 inches.

8) avoid tight clothes/

For pinched nerves in neck; physical therapy is the mainstay of the treatment.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.

no a friend of mines has gerds have no symptoms of that its just a sharp pain that starts at my navel and feels like in a way it moves down and then i have to pee but i feel like its not a gall stone because it doesn't hurt the numbness in the arm actually causes as the pain moves its not gas either that part of the body doesn't feel uncomfy

Acid reflux may have atypical symptoms. Please read this authentic resource:

Abdominal issues are not likely to cause the arm symptoms.

A pain around the navel which goes down and you need to pee can be due to kidney stone.

it doesn't seem to be coming out
what could the arm problem be because of its never happened and i have no family history of heart problems
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
how can i ease it out if that is what it may be
Expert:  Dr. Arun Phophalia replied 3 months ago.

Arm problem can be pinched nerves in neck. An MRI and x-rays would establish the pinched nerves. It would need physical therapy, deep electrotherapy etc to resolve it.
