Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Dry gangrene is not that dangerous. usually the blood supply is cut off from the affected toe or finger. Hence infection is not able to spread to other parts of the body. Hence this should not be a significant problem. Pravastatin is cholesterol lowering medication and also helps to prevent heart attack and stroke. hence, it is considered safe as long as well tolerated.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
