you should work on eating 1400-1600 calories
work on eating more protein and cutting out carbohydrates, pasta, sugar, soda, bread, white flour, alcohol out of your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables.
and you need to also exercise and do resistance or weight training
and if you keep this up, you will lose weight.
