Seven leg swelling can be due to the congestive heart failure. You may be resistant to current diuretic dose. Diuretics like furosemide or torsemide is commonly used at high dosage to eliminate excess fluid from the body.
Are you on any diuretic currently and what dosage?
Also sodium and water restriction may help as well.
