JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: day 3 of high fever; went to the doctor yesterday and with no other symptoms other than symptoms of fever, Chili's, ringing in the ears, headaches, shaking, the doctor did a urine test which was clear. We're waiting on the blood test results, but my temperature has been spiking to over 103. What could it be? No other symptoms; day 3; female.
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: No nausea; headache only when fever spikes and not always. Really a minor symptom
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I have high blood pressure and I take nisoldipine; benazepril, and hctz Lomg with low dose aspirin, Centrum Silver and calcium with vitamin D Blood pressure reading yesterday was very good

It is clear that you are running an infection which is most likely caused by a bacteria. The most connected region which can cause these symptoms with high grade fever is either an infection in the ear or sinuses. Blood infection should be ruled out as well. Lets see what your blood test says. You might need antibiotics for this. Meanwhile do cold sponging and take cold liquids and tablet tylenol twice a day for fever.
