I am sorry you had gangrene infection and lost your foot below the knee

this comes from lack of circulation and death of tissue in the leg from lack of circulation

if your circulation to your leg stump is ok, you should not get gangrene infection and death of tissue again

a doppler ultrasound can check the leg for circulation
