It's recently been soar, I don't know if that is because I'm thinking about it more or because this week I've eaten till I was uncomfortable full (a couple of times). I don't often press on it but the couple times I have pressed pretty hard it's a bit tender. Other then that my day to day activity is not hindered and my bowl movements are regular.

It feels like a soft lump, that I believe protrudes more when I eat because my stomach is full. I am not generally an over eater. I'm a vegetarian, basically vegan, I exercise. 5"5 125lbs. I've been feeling this lump without over eating.

a soft lump can be from a benign lipoma on your abdomen.
