Dear,

Thanks for all these additional details.

I am sorry to hear about your problems.

It can be due to esophageal spasms, you may have developed esophageal irritation and this is causing such symptoms.
Also some type of food or even an infection in the esophagus (such as a fungal infection), esophageal ulcer may cause such symptoms.

It can come due to-

-Esophagitis- This is inflammation of the esophagus.

-Diverticula. These are small sacs in the walls of the esophagus or the throat.

-GERD-It can cause ulcers in esophagus which can then cause scars to form.

You may need a Barium swallow x-ray for diagnosis.

You may need upper endoscopy of the esophagus for precise diagnosis.

You should avoid fatty foods, chocolate, peppermint, smoking and alcohol.

You should take light and small meals.

If there is Infections in your esophagus , than they are often treated with antibiotics.

There is procedure called Dilation. In this treatment, a device is placed down your esophagus and carefully expand any narrow areas of your esophagus.

Endoscopy can be done to remove an object that is stuck in your esophagus..

I would recommend that you visit your doctor for evaluation and get it managed.

Hope this helped
