I would use the Tinactin powder spray or Tinactin powder.
always wear clean socks and dry shoes. never wear wet shoes.
you may need to get blood test to check your blood thyroid hormone levels to make sure they are normal.
you need to use antifungal sprays and powders 2-4 times a day for 4-6 weeks
if that doesn't work, you may need to see a doctor for stronger prescription treatments.
