Hi there,

What are you coughing up?

What have you tried?

Expert:  Dr. Scott replied 6 months ago.

What COPD medications are you taking?

Expert:  Dr. Scott replied 6 months ago.

If you have not tried anything, you should start with an antihistamine such as Zyrtec or Allegra. Antihistamine will help keep your nasal passages dry.

You can also try nasal saline spray which will help your nasal passages drain.

You can try Sudafed which will also help dry up your sinuses.

Warm showers and a steamer will help break up the mucus.
