I understand your concern.
Well as you describe there may be possibility of Viral gastroenteritis in her case.
Try Over the counter liquid emterol and zantac first.
If she can't keep it down and persistent vomiting then she may require anti-emetic injections and IV fluids and a visit to Emergency room is warranted.
In case she feels better with Liquid Emetrol and zantac then start further treatment including
Rehydrate herself with plenty of fluids and Oral rehydration solution (Gatorade).
Also take mylanta gas after 2-3 hours.
She can take OTC Imodium for diarrhea.
Also take metamucil .
Eat at easy to digest food like soup or BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast).
Also take OTC Motrin for pain.
Avoid dairy products, caffeine, alcohol,undercooked meat and fish and fatty rich food.
Her blood pressure should be monitored.
