sorry about your high blood pressure

smoking will cause hard arteries and rise of your blood pressure

diets high in salt, processed foods, box foods, premade foods, eating out will cause more salt intake and higher blood pressure

lack of exercise, obesity can cause high blood pressure.

my suggests are you talk to your doctor about help to quit smoking

and improve your diet with more fruits and vegetables and less salt in your diet

and more exercise, walking, stretching, cardio exercise to help improve your health

you may need additional medications to help decrease your blood pressure.
