have been told that I am suffering from MCI. I am congenital hydrocephalic. It was noy diagnosedd until age 22 while serving in the Navy. The shunting operations were performed at the E O VA hospital in NJ. They were botched four times. I was comatose for eight days. After rehab I flew through under grad, but have been unable to complete a grad program. The first being Law school, the most prestigious being Doktor Titel in Germany. My memory has been impaired since awwaking from the coma, but the diagnosis of MCI suprises and disturbs me,
