Dear customer

Thank you for the quick reply.

I am sorry to hear about her problems.

Well, this is a common condition, and is estimated to affect around one in five people at some point in their lives.

It can be related with- Allergy, Infection, cold or heat exposure or due to use of medication.

Sometimes, cause may not be precised.

In many cases, no obvious cause can be found.

For the time, she can take OTC Zyrtec once a day.

She can use Calamine lotion on affected part.

A short course of steroid tablets can be prescribed.

She should be seen by doctor for clinical evaluation and get it managed.

Hope this helped
