Blue/green stool can be caused by eating grapes, blue berries however, in large quantities and specially if a dye or food color has been used to enhance the look of these berries.

Sometimes, food may be moving through the large intestine too quickly, such as due to diarrhea. As a result, bile does not have time to break down completely. This can also cause bowel movements to be green/ blue.

Hope this helps.
