And you should take some self care measures like

Take OTC Motrin and Claritin.

Apply OTC 0.5% hydrocortisone cream mixed with Bacitracin ointment on tip of penis.

Also use OTC abzorb powder after a bath.

You should take OTC AZO pills and cranberry juice.

Wear loose fitted cotton clothes to prevent friction.

You should undergo urinalysis also.

And if required your doctor may prescribe you antibiotics.

Avoid sex practices for a while.
