Hi Dr. Mo here.

How old are you and what's the size of the lump, has it grown in this past year?

Have you had an ultrasound of it done?

It's most likely a cyst if it hasn't grown bigger daily, usually cysts will get bigger, more painful, then calm down and resolve. It's still a good idea to have an ultrasound done of it just to make sure that it hasn't changed much, no rush to do it but try to get it done this year.
