I am sorry you are having pain urinating.

diabetes can cause neuropathy and nerve damage which can cause pain.

a bladder stone in your bladder can irritate your bladder and cause pain

not drinking enough water can cause pain.

overactive bladder muscles and bladder muscle spasms can cause pain and frequent urination.

you may need more testing like a bladder ultrasound and to see a urologist and try bladder spasms medications to see if they help.
