I am sorry you got double pneumonia.

the best way to improve your immune system is to eat healthy, plenty of fruits and vegetables, no junk food, drink plenty of water, don't smoke, avoid alcohol, exercise regularly and get plenty of sleep.

smoking will harm your immune system in your lungs and cause you to take longer to get over infections.

you should talk to a doctor about treatments to help you quit smoking.

there are pills and patches and gums which can help you quit smoking.

once you quit smoking, your immune system will get better as well.

your smoking can also be causing your cough as well.
