I am sorry you injured your knee

it sounds like you have a bad knee sprain

which could have led to tendonitis or torn tendons or pulled or strained hamstring muscles.

you should ice the area behind your knee with a bag of ice wrapped in a towel

you can try heating pads as well

you should see a doctor as soon as you can to assess your knee and get an examination.

you may benefit from physical therapy for your leg after your knee gets better to help improve your leg and knee strength
