I cooked a brined 14 lb turkey in a NuWave oven. Searched

Customer Question

I cooked a brined 14 lb turkey in a NuWave oven. Searched the cavity finding only a turkey neck. It tastes fairly ok but has a funny order. Found I had left an unbroken bag with gizzard and gizzard in the neck cavity. Can produce a tasty soup by boiling bones for 24 hrs and using herbs, including rosemary. My question is, can it make me sick or have other bad actions.
JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Are you experiencing any numbness or tingling?
Customer: No. Have been subject to an inflamed colon which seems much improved but did again have diarrhea after eating last night.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I'm 88 yrs old. Very active and generally in good health.

My friend was supposed to just brown the top a little and instead overcooked it.

I have deboned the turkey and am cooking bones for 24 hrs, with rosemary as a base for turkey soup.
