chronic sinusitis is best treated by an ENT doctor with a course of antibitoics and daily allergy medications like Allegra and steroid nasal sprays like Nasocort, Rhinocort, Nasonex or Flonase. if severe cases, a sinus CT scan is needed to see if sinus surgery is needed to help with improved nasal sinus drainage.

anemia from kidneys disease can be treated by procrit injections to help stimulate your bone marrow. normally the kidneys make erythropoeitin to help stimulate your bone marrow to make red blood cells. procrit is the same thing.

or you can have regular blood transfusions.

sounds like you have pain management doctors who are helping you with your chronic pain issues.
