I am sorry you are having this issue.

Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea, is a condition characterized by excessive sweating

you should be using strong antiperspirants

if this doesn't work, you should see a doctor about your situation, there are medications which can help dry up your sweat glands like hyoscyamine or oxybutynin, but they can also cause dry mouth.

another option is direct botox injections or surgery to remove some of the sweat glands in your arm pits.

are you willing to see a doctor for these treatment options?
