Customer: Taking ibptofian helps some no redness nothing makes it worse or better
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I think that you would benefit to see an orthopedic specialist . I think trouble with your lower back may explain right flank pain plus now numb sensation extending to the right leg. I think further exam and perhaps xrays of lumbar spine and perhaps MRI of lower spine may be helpful to your case .

For now I think continued ibuprofen is fine and may be helpful

Avoid lifting / heavy exertion
