What is an interval rupture of the scapula night ligament?

Customer Question

What is an interval rupture of the scapula night ligament?
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Yes had surgery for another tendon and then this happened it just happened I think he sent me to therapy to soon
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: No just the surgery that he did do was a tendon on the outside of my hand he sutured the tendon because it was then and shredded from a car accident and hope that the scar tissue would fix it. Think he sent me to therapy to soon because this other pain started almost right away and it took since July to get him to do an MRI and then it took four weeks and I still haven't gotten an appointment with him but I received the results from the The MRI place
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: Health is good not a lot of sleep serious pain movement makes it worse right now almost anything makes it worse it it's cracking and snapping and feels like something else in there is moving

it means the radiologist who is reading your shoulder MRI scan compared your current MRI images to prior MRI images

and in the time "interval" between the scans, there is a new rupture of the scapular ligament

did you develop pain during physical therapy.
