Customer Question

I'm type 2 diabetic. Tonight it's the first time my blood sugar had gone this high. 342. My head is dizzy, I may go as high as 245- very seldom. I take glipizide 5mg and metformin 1000 mg daily. I am 62 years and have been a diabetic for 14 years. Is it safe for me to get on the treadmill to help bring my level down.
