Why do I feel tired and my whole body feels so heavy , my blood glucose level this morning was 145 mg/dl do you think that would be the reason , I've been diagnosed as prediabeticPlease advice

Yes it could relate to your blood sugar ...

Was the 145 mg/dL fasting?

What was last hemoglobin A1C?

I think you may benefit and feel better with more to take steps to control your blood sugar ..

If more diabetic then fatigue is indeed a symptom ..

There are of course many factors which can lead to fatigue

Follow up with your doctor is advised here ...

I think to start medication such as Metformin plus more restricted diet may help you
